Discussion Two

Disruptive Innovation
Disruptive innovation was described as a way to transform a product so more people have access to it. From a business aspect the business will be able to sell more product to more people resulting in making more profits. In education technology is being used more as a means to reach the students and add engagement to the classroom. However, I can see how this technology can become a disruptive innovation.

If we look at education from a business perspective, computers and other technology would allow a single teacher to teach more students by using the Internet. This would be an example of disruptive innovation. The technology would reach more students but it would change school as we know it. There would been a need for less teachers and there wouldn't be a physical school, the students will simple attend school from home.
